Job Title: Telemarketer for Digital Marketing (US Accent)

**Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Calling**:Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our digital marketing services.
Clearly and effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.

**Lead Generation**:Identify and qualify potential leads through strategic questioning and active listening.
Gather relevant information to assess the prospect's needs and preferences.

**Product Knowledge**:Stay informed about our digital marketing services and updates to effectively convey information to prospects.
Provide accurate and detailed information about our offerings.

**Appointment Setting**:Schedule appointments for qualified leads to engage with our sales team.
Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure a smooth transition of leads.

**Follow-up**:Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects to nurture leads and address any inquiries.
Maintain a detailed record of interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.

**Requirements**:
**Communication Skills**:Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear and neutral US accent.
Ability to articulate complex digital marketing concepts in a simple and compelling manner.

**Sales Aptitude**:Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

**Digital Marketing Knowledge**:Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and trends.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new information in the dynamic digital marketing landscape.

**Organizational Skills**:Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

**Team Collaboration**:Collaborate effectively with the sales and marketing teams to achieve common goals.
Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
