**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for Company Secretariate.They will also be responsible for ensuring efficient The Secretariat Officer/Company Secretary is responsible for ensuring that the company complies with all statutory and regulatory requirements while maintaining high standards of corporate governance. This role involves managing board meetings, ensuring legal compliance, maintaining statutory books, and acting as a key communication link between the board of directors, management, and stakeholders.
Additionally, the following qualifications and skills would be valuable:
- **Legal Qualification**: A degree in law or a related field (Optional yet Prefered)
- **Company Secretaryship**: Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
- **Experience**: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a Service company.
- **Knowledge**: A deep understanding of Indian corporate laws, including the Companies Act, Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regulations, and other relevant legislation.
- **Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a high level of attention to detail.
