**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Training Program Development**:
- Design and develop instructional materials, including manuals, guides, and video tutorials, focused on dredge pump heavy equipment setup, assembly, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Create structured training programs for new and existing employees, incorporating both in-person and online training modules.
- Develop customer-facing troubleshooting guides and product manuals to assist with basic operation and common issues of dredge pumping equipment.
**2. Content Creation**:
- Produce high-quality written content that is clear, concise, and user-friendly.
- Record, edit, and produce instructional videos demonstrating the setup, assembly, operation, and maintenance of dredge pump equipment.
- Develop visual aids, diagrams, and other multimedia resources to support training materials.
**3. Training Delivery**:
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments based on feedback and performance metrics.
**4. Collaboration and Consultation**:
- Work closely with the engineering and operations teams to ensure training materials are accurate and aligned with company standards and regulations.
- Engage with employees to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement in training programs.
**5. Continuous Improvement**:
- Regularly review and update training materials to reflect changes in equipment, technology, and industry standards.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in dredging and heavy equipment training.
- Implement innovative training methods and tools to enhance learning and retention.
**Qualifications**:
**Education and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience developing technical training programs.
**Skills and Competencies**:
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in creating instructional videos, including scripting, filming, and editing.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable training materials.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
