**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide individual and group counselling to students dealing with academic, emotional, and social issues.
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students' needs and challenges.
- Develop and implement personalized intervention plans to support students' mental health and well-being.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to address students' needs and create a supportive learning environment.
- Offer workshops and training sessions for students, teachers, and parents on topics related to mental health, stress management, and coping strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of counselling programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of counselling sessions and assessments.
- Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in counselling psychology.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.
- Valid certification or license to practice as a Counselling Psychologist.
- Proven experience working in a school, College, or educational setting.
- Strong understanding of Student development and mental health issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to counselling.
