**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Travel Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our travel services to clients, providing exceptional customer service, and building long-lasting relationships with customers. Your expertise in travel products and market trends will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new travel destinations to effectively advise clients.
- **Relationship Building**: Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, travel partners, and vendors to enhance sales opportunities.
- **Travel Planning**: Assist clients in planning and customizing their travel itineraries, ensuring all preferences and budgets are met.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, tracking performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, including bookings, itineraries, and invoices.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to coordinate promotions and ensure seamless service delivery.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in travel sales or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of travel destinations, products, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proficient in using travel booking systems and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for travel and helping others experience the world.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, tourism, or a related field.
- Experience with international travel sales.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
