**Job Title: English Teacher**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement lesson plans that incorporate a variety of teaching methods and strategies to engage students in the learning process.
- Create a positive and supportive classroom environment conducive to learning and personal growth.
- Assess student progress through assignments, projects, and examinations, providing constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians.
- Adapt teaching materials and instructional techniques to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with special needs or learning disabilities.
- Utilize technology effectively to enhance learning experiences and facilitate communication with students and parents/guardians.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development activities to improve teaching practices and contribute to the overall success of the school or educational institution.
- Foster a love for literature and language by exposing students to a variety of literary genres, authors, and cultural perspectives.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and academic performance, ensuring compliance with school policies and procedures.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and any concerns that may arise.
- Stay informed about current trends and developments in the field of English education, continuously seeking opportunities for professional growth and self-improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Valid teaching certification/license in English/language arts.
- Previous experience teaching English at the secondary or post-secondary level preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of educational theories, principles, and practices related to English language instruction.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and concepts.
- Flexibility, creativity, and a willingness to adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of students.
- Passion for literature, language, and the teaching profession, with a commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the job.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
