**Insurance Verification**:

- Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for patients prior to medical services.
- Review insurance policies and confirm details such as coverage limits, copayments, deductibles, and authorization requirements.
- Update patient records with accurate insurance information.
- **Prior Authorization**:

- Initiate and facilitate the prior authorization process for medical procedures, tests, medications, and treatments as required by insurance providers.
- Gather necessary documentation and clinical information to support prior authorization requests.
- Communicate with healthcare providers to ensure all required information is obtained in a timely manner.
- **Communication and Follow-Up**:

- Communicate with insurance companies to obtain authorization status and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Notify healthcare providers and patients of authorization approvals or denials.
- Follow up on pending authorizations and escalate unresolved issues as necessary.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all authorization requests, approvals, and denials.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, insurance policies, and billing guidelines.
- Provide support during audits and reviews by internal or external stakeholders.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year

- Night shift
- US shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- AR Caller: 1 year (preferred)
- prior authorization: 1 year (preferred)
- eligilibility verification: 1 year (preferred)
