London borough of Haringey are looking for an Disrepair/Damp Surveyor to carrying out diagnostics and undertaking seasonal monitoring.
- Carry out post inspections
- work alone to meet strict deadlines
- prioritise workloads, analyse and resolve problems
- Experienced / qualified building surveyor to carry out full property surveys specifically in relation to condensation & damp diagnosis.
- Payrate: £300.00 umbrella a day
