As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our marketing team as Marketing Coordinator for a full-time temporary position. This role will be hired on a contract basis through our agency partner.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to support day-to-day marketing operations. You will play a crucial role in assisting with various marketing activities, including event management, social media management, content creation, customer communication, and coordination between cross-functional teams. This is a full-time temporary (contract) role that will commence in early August and conclude on 31st January 2024 with a possibility to extend the contract.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager and broader marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products/services effectively.
- Assist in creating compelling social media posts, including written content, to engage and grow our online audience.
- Draft customer newsletters and other marketing materials to communicate updates, promotions, and important information to our customers and target audience.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as Partner Marketing, Sales, Presales, Product, Customer-success, Brand & Creative Services and Marketing Operations, to ensure marketing campaigns align with overall business objectives.
- Partner with global social media team to amplify regional posts and drive employee social advocacy to increase brand awareness.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in our marketing efforts.
- Assist in organising and executing marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
- Assist with the creation and management of marketing collaterals, such as brochures, presentations, and sales materials.
- Support the tracking and analysis of key marketing metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to suggest innovative marketing strategies

**Requirements**:

- Australian citizenship or permanent residency with valid working rights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency in all communications.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive mindset and ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
