Junior Estimator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to understand project requirements.
- Utilize estimating software and databases to prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and other project expenses.
- Obtain quotes and pricing information from vendors and suppliers.
- Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals for new projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that cost estimates align with project goals and objectives.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure projects remain within financial constraints.
- Maintain accurate records of cost estimates, bid documents, and other project-related information.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new construction methods, and cost-saving technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Proficiency in construction estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
