**_ The role will _**_likely work across a variety of categories so will need to demonstrate a broad range of Indirect category knowledge and be able to work dynamically and flexibly with a broad range of SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) in sourcing across the Client business._**

**_ _**
**_ Responsibilities_**:**_ _**
- **_Sourcing of the Indirect Spend categories with spend range up to $5m_**

**_ _**
- **_Drafting and Negotiating contracts; drive the preparation of proposal documents, statement of works (SOWs), quotations and competitive bids with pertinent specifications, terms and conditions attached_**

**_ _**
- **_Use appropriate pre-approved legal templates to produce Call Off agreements, contract amendments/renewals and new sourcing._**

**_ _**
- **_Develops, review, negotiate and executes complex business agreements and contracts as needed _**
- **_Supplier evaluation, selection and set-up of ongoing performance management; Rate and manage performance of suppliers, ensure supplier performance of all contracts_**

**_ _**
- **_To liaise with the stakeholders to understand their requirements and close them in the given time frame_**

**_ _**
- **_Perform spend & market analysis in order to identify best available market price for the ongoing project/service_**

**_ _**
- **_Responsible for savings targets, timely deliveries, and Customer Satisfaction within the contractual SLAs/KPIs_**

**_ _**
- **_Participate periodically to reviews with Global Category managers and Regional Heads of Procurement and their sourcing managers, to ensure strategies are aligned and pipeline activity is proceeding_**

**_ _**
- **_Carry out all reporting requirements accurately and within the specified time scales as needed_**

**_ _**

**_ _**
- **_Develop and drive effective relationships with suppliers, Coordinate, review and respond to supplier inquiries, protests, and appeals _**
- **_Agree sourcing plans and set expectations for effective value delivery_**

**_ _**
- **_Help the customer understand and engage with the Organization’s procurement processes_**

- **_ _**
**_Qualifications we seek in you_**:**_ _**_Minimum Qualifications_**_ _**
- **_*Procurement experience (minimum years, at least 2 in a procurement role) demonstrating a proven _**_track record of delivery of successful sourcing projects_**

**_ _**
- **_Oral and written fluency in English (additional languages are preferred) is non-negotiable. _**
- **_Degree or equivalent professional qualification within Business Management, Procurement and/or Supply Chain management_**

**_ _**
- **_Support multiple end-to-end sourcing projects in parallel; focusing on data accuracy and quality of output to Clients/Stakeholders_**

**_ _**
- **_Proven _**_track record of supporting multiple sourcing activities, demonstrating an ability to manage parallel projects and being able to priorities critical activity where needed _**
- **_Builds and maintains effective stakeholder and supplier relationships to assure successful business performance_**

**_ _**
- **_Sound understanding and execution of effective negotiation strategy_**

**_ _**
- **_Resolves quality problems with suppliers and stakeholders quickly and efficiently, takes direction where needed_**

**_ _**
- **_Reviews commercial contracts to ensure they protect Client against risk and deliver advantage to the business; puts forward suggestions for process improvement (as appropriate)_**
