The Fire Technician is responsible for inspecting, testing, maintaining, and repairing fire protection systems in various facilities, ensuring compliance with fire codes and regulations. They play a crucial role in safeguarding lives and property by ensuring the proper functioning of fire alarm, sprinkler, and suppression systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- System Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, fire extinguishers, and other fire protection equipment to ensure proper operation and compliance with applicable codes and standards.
- Testing and Maintenance: Perform routine testing, maintenance, and servicing of fire protection systems, including batteries, control panels, smoke detectors, heat detectors, pull stations, and sprinkler heads.
- System Repairs: Diagnose and repair malfunctions in fire protection systems, such as faulty wiring, damaged components, or water leaks in sprinkler systems.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, maintenance activities, and system deficiencies, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements.
- System Installations: Assist in the installation of new fire protection systems or the expansion of existing systems, following established codes and manufacturer specifications.
- Code Compliance: Ensure that all fire protection systems comply with local, state, and national fire codes, as well as industry standards and regulations.
- Training and Education: Provide training and guidance to facility personnel on the proper use and maintenance of fire protection systems, as well as fire safety practices.
- Coordination: Collaborate with other trades, such as electricians and plumbers, during system installations or repairs to ensure seamless integration and compliance.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain an inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment needed for system maintenance and repairs.
- Continuing Education: Stay up-to-date with the latest fire protection technologies, codes, and industry best practices through ongoing training and professional development.

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
