**Job Title**: E-commerce Sales Executive

**Must have experience of 5 years at least**

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive e-commerce sales through effective communication and customer engagement.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to promote products and services, addressing customer queries and concerns.
- Collaborate with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals set by the management.
- Maintain a strong understanding of company products, policies, and industry trends.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive buying experience for customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in e-commerce sales, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to build rapport and close sales effectively.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
