**Responsibilities**:

- Salary Payment & Reimbursement
- Records of Bhatta, Advance and payment for the same.
- Wallet recharge of IOCL, HPCL and fast-age,
- Bill Payment of hired vehicle, repair Maintenance.
- Payment of Road challan Penalties.
- Keep Records of Everyday Expenses
- Maintain Adequate Balance in Petro Cards ( IOCL/HPCL/BPCL ) & Fastag etc
- Release Advance Payment to Vendors for Line Haul Vehicle Hired
- GST Filing ( on 10th GSTR 1A & on 20th GSTR 3B ) and TDS Deduction
- Complete Statuary Compliance and ensure ZERO Default
- Maintain Records & Pay RTO Road Tax of vehicles Registered under quarterly Tax model.
- Maintain vehicle wise maintenance Expenses Records, Audit Same and Work out way for Cost Reduction
- Collection of Form 60, Pan Card, Accounts Numbers etc from vendors
- Ensure Fund are available in Companies various accounts as per EMI Repayment Dates
- Submit Quarterly Stock Statement to SBI, YN Road ( Ms. Ruby Shrivastava)
- Submit Weekly ( Monday) Provisions to All Client.
- Everyday download bank, petro card, Fastage statement.
- GST Reconciliation Statements for Output tax and input tax credit of every month. ( Recorded in books Vs Filling in GST Return )
- Keep Records of Everyday Expenses
- Update Tally/Zoho and Reconcile with Manual Record keeping done by operations team.
- Update Client Wise vehicle deployment and uses data in Billing format
- Raise Monthly Invoices to Client.
- Create Maintain & update client wise ledger, Follow up & Collect Overdue outstanding
- Create Vendor Invoice ( Internal Documentation) and release payment as per Payment Cycle Agreed.
- Maintain Vendor Ledger and Reconcile same with vendor on Periodically
- Prepare Weekly, Fortnightly & Monthly P&L and BS.
- GST Filing ( on 10th GSTR 1A & on 20th GSTR 3B ) and TDS Deduction
- PF & ESI Compliance
- Complete Statuary Compliance and ensure ZERO Default
- Maintain Records of Purchases & Assets Record Keeps
- Maintain vehicle wise maintenance Expenses Records, Audit Same and Work out way for Cost Reduction
- Collection of Form 60, Pan Card, Accounts Numbers etc from vendors
- Ensure Fund are available in Companies various accounts as per EMI Repayment Dates

- Accounts reconciliation with client, vendor & hired vehicle vendor.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statement (BRS)
- Prepare Cash flow statement
- Prepare Cost & Revenue statement: Vehicle wise & client wise.
- Maintain Invoices in file of Purchases &expenses incurred.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
