**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Leadership and Vision**: Develop and implement the preschool’s educational programs and strategic goals. Foster a positive and inclusive culture that aligns with the school's mission and values.
- **Staff Management**: Mentor and support a team of dedicated teachers and staff. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing professional development opportunities.
- **Curriculum and Instruction**: Oversee the development and delivery of a high-quality curriculum that meets the needs of all students. Ensure that instructional practices are innovative, evidence-based, and aligned with best practices in early childhood education.
- **Family and Community Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and the community. Facilitate open communication and collaboration to support student success and community involvement.
- **Administrative Duties**: Manage the day-to-day operations of the preschool, including budgeting, scheduling, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Ensure that the preschool's facilities and resources are well-maintained and conducive to learning.
- **Student Support**: Monitor and support the social, emotional, and academic development of students. Implement programs and interventions to address individual student needs.
**Qualifications**:
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of [2] years of experience in early childhood education, including at least [1] year in a leadership role. Proven track record of effective management and program development.
