Overview The Secretary to the CEO plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of the executive office. This position is vital for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the CEO's leadership by handling administrative tasks and enabling better decision-making through comprehensive support. The Secretary acts as a liaison between the CEO and all stakeholders, managing schedules, correspondence, and strategic initiatives. They are responsible for navigating high-pressure environments while maintaining professionalism and discretion. This role demands an individual who is proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at anticipating the needs of the CEO. Ultimately, the Secretary contributes significantly to the organizational productivity by ensuring that the CEO's time is spent on the most impactful tasks and initiatives.Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and organize agendas for meetings, ensuring all materials are ready.
- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Facilitate communication between the CEO and various departments.
- Research and compile background information for meetings and projects.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO.
- Maintain an organized filing system and database for important documents.
- Assist in project management and strategic planning initiatives.
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on activities for projects under the CEO's oversight.
- Prepare expense reports and manage the executive office budget.
- Organize team-building activities and staff events at the CEO's request.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
- Provide personal assistance as needed to enhance the CEO's work-life balance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in handling confidential information with integrity.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Familiarity with business operations and corporate structures.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to adapt to shifting deadlines and priorities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work output.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work outside of regular hours as needed.
- Demonstrated professionalism and positive attitude.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
