**ZS’s India Capability & Expertise Center**
**(CEC)** houses more than 60% of ZS people across three offices in New Delhi, Pune and Bengaluru. :

- Review and Audit more complex, higher volume expense reimbursement submissions from employees.
- Review regional employee expenses and payment proposal file.
- Identify transactional errors, discrepancies, large and/or unusual transactions or trends and potential fraudulent expense submissions
- Document the audit facts/findings and prepare an audit report
- Perform highly confidential and time-sensitive expense analysis for employee submissions
- Audit airline refunds and communicate with employees to resolve potential credits due to the firm
- Gain a thorough understanding of the objectives of firm policies and procedures when analyzing expenses submitted by employees.
- Summarize the findings clearly and concisely to update the leadership
- Challenge existing processes and approaches to operational efficiency, effectiveness, internal controls, and/or customer service and recommend improvements
- Identify problems with processes, technology, and/or procedures and recommend and develop improvements
- Resolve sensitive, confidential issues with limited supervision, consistent with established policies and procedures
- Identify issues that may create financial exposure and/or risk to the firm, and escalate accordingly
- Comprehend firm communications, announcements, and other change management initiatives. Correlate these changes to the core audit processes.
- Recommend changes to the audit process, as appropriate

**Qualification & skills**
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce with 1-3 years relevant experience in a reputed audit firm / internal audit function in MNC
- MBA Finance or Semi qualified CA (not appearing for finals) with relevant experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Knowledge of SAP and any Expense management tool will be great add on.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Time management skills
- A positive attitude and approach, with a willingness to accept new challenges
