**Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company's business units. Aims to deliver superior service to clients by driving and **optimizing** the effectiveness and efficiency of people, processes and technology thereby enhancing financial performance, increasing investment **capacity**, and managing risk. Builds **the sustainable** repeatable capabilities that support delivery of the highest standards of service and execution. Analyzes and reviews data tools, business processes and operational standards to execute service delivery. Evaluates and ensures that operations meet company **objectives**, business needs, service agreements and relevant requirements.**

**Responsibilities**

**Effectively addressing all parts of a customer case**

**Ensures account maintenance is properly executed.**

**Verifies accuracy of transaction details for account transactions.**

**Meet strict deadlines/SLA (service level agreement).**

**Participates in team meetings and ensures implementation of agreed action points.**

**Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common metrics used to measure and **monitor** operational performance, define problems, collect data, **establish** facts, draw valid conclusions, and provide clear and concise communication with a wide audience of internal departments.**

**Supports implementation of key projects.**

**Ensures **timely** escalation to Management of any exception noticed related to work and environment.**

**Ensures **timely** archival of records with service provider and proper maintenance of inventory of archived records.**

**Qualifications we **seek** in you**

**Minimum **Q**ualifications** / Skills**

**Education: bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience**

**Work Experience: In same or similar role **relevant** **years**

**Preferred **Q**ualifications**/ Skills**

**Knowledge of regulatory guidelines**

**Ability to **initiate**, develop, and implement projects and procedures.**

**Advance knowledge of lending and banking procedures and regulations**

**Strong interpersonal skills (written and oral)**

**Demonstrated ability to understand and interpret compliance regulations.**

**Strong organizational and analytical skills**

**Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint**

**Time management skills and the ability to complete multiple projects simultaneously and **in a timely manner** in a fast-paced environment to stay ahead of peaks in volumes.**

**Ability to learn new systems and adapt in a changing environment.**
