Job Description for Aptitude Trainer

HopingMinds is a corporate oriented coding program for technical graduates in technologies like Data Science, Full Stack Development, etc. We have a selective 2 step admissions process to screen top 5% of all applicants and then take them through our integrated development course of ~300 Hours delivered by industry experts and mentors. The program focus is to ensure all our graduates have practical development experience and corporate exposure, so they are able to deliver from day 1 of their jobs.

Skill Set Required:

- Subject Knowledge - Quantitative Aptitude
- Subject Knowledge - Logical & Analytical Reasoning
- Strong command over the topics and an ability to effectively utilize short cuts and tricks for the topic
- Strong reasoning abilities along with effective communication skills to engage and clarify any topic related doubts
- Effectively utilize a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs
