**Mentoring**: Advice students on their professional developments relating to the academic programs (national/international studies), research projects and career guidelines.

**Department activities**:
Curriculum Development - Participate in the development/design and revision of the curriculum offered.

Laboratory Development - Continuous development laboratory infrastructure

Organizing Events - Workshops/conferences/short-term programs.

**Research**: Preparation of good research proposal, getting sponsorship for Research Projects through various funding agencies & execution in an efficient manner.

**Administrative work**: ISO, Department/ College governance activities.
