**Payroll of Wikilabs but will work for our client**

**Reporting: Door Step Coordinator**

**Position Requirement: 2 Rider for 1.5 Trip/Shift.**

**Operational Responsibilities**:
1. Pick-up and Drop customer service vehicles to different addresses as per requirement.

2. Inspect vehicles before pick-up and during delivery as per the standard checklist.

3. Fill out job cards and keep records on services that have been performed

4. Clearly communicate customer concerns to Service Advisor during vehicle hand-over.

5. Need to have exceptional riding skills along with an ability to navigate.

6. Maintain ongoing communication with fleet coordinator and update on changes if any.

7. Handover the invoice and collect the payment.

Team Responsibilities:
1. Ensure safety standards while riding.

**3. 1-2 years of experience as a Rider with a fleet.**

**Salary**: ₹19,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
