**Key Purpose**

The role of a Bodyshop Incharge is to assist Bodyshop manager to oversee and manage the bodyshop operations, ensuring smooth workflow, customer satisfaction, and achievement of service revenue targets.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

1. Operations Management: Plan, organize, and supervise the overall bodyshop operations, including repairs, paintwork, and vehicle restoration.

2. Target Setting: Collaborate with management to set realistic and achievable revenue targets for the bodyshop department and monitor performance against those targets.

3. Facility and Manpower Planning: Assess facility requirements, identify manpower needs, and set training targets for bodyshop staff to ensure efficient operations.

4. Coordination: Maintain coordination between the bodyshop and the parts department through regular meetings with the Parts Manager to ensure smooth workflow and timely availability of required parts.

5. Performance Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of key performance indicators such as adherence to promised time, turnaround time for different types of jobs, line item availability, and labor utilization.

6. Reporting: Provide monthly performance results, including the number of vehicles serviced, labor revenue, parts revenue, and expenses, to the General Manager.

7. Resource Management: Ensure the availability of adequate tools, equipment, and resources required for efficient bodyshop operations in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.

8. Customer Satisfaction: Monitor complaint resolutions and maintain a clean and orderly service operation to enhance customer confidence.

9. Business Relationships: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with paint vendors and insurance companies to enhance business opportunities.

10. Environmental and Safety Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with bodyshop environmental and safety regulations and implement necessary measures to maintain a safe working environment.

11. Insurance Surveyor Meetings: Plan and organize meetings with insurance surveyors at least twice a year to discuss and enhance business collaboration.

12. Staff Training: Plan and organize equipment training programs for the bodyshop staff by Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to enhance their skills and knowledge.

13. Process Champion: Be detail-oriented and champion the adherence to processes and standard operating procedures within the bodyshop.

**SKILLS Requirement**

a) Ability to forecast business and budget for the service department.

b) Ability to analyze data and take corrective actions if required.

c) Maintain effective interpersonal relationship with all people.

d) Ability to control costs within all allocated budget.

e) Ability to train, develop and motivate department employees.

f) Eye for detail and be a process champion

g) Understand DMS

h) Computer literate (MS Office)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
