Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketer with a strong specialization in Instagram and Facebook marketing to join our dynamic team. As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing strategic marketing campaigns on these platforms to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and achieve business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:
Strategy Development:
Create comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored specifically for Instagram and Facebook platforms, aligning with overall marketing and business goals.
Stay updated on the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices for Instagram and Facebook marketing.
Content Creation and Management:
Develop and curate engaging and visually appealing content (graphics, videos, captions, stories, etc.) that resonates with the target audience.
Coordinate with the creative team to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all posts.
Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools, ensuring optimal timing for maximum reach and engagement.
Audience Engagement:
Foster meaningful interactions with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.
Monitor engagement metrics, analyze performance data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize content and strategies.
Paid Advertising Campaigns:
Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Instagram and Facebook, including ad creation, targeting, and budget allocation.
Monitor and adjust ad performance based on key metrics, such as click-through rates, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Influencer Collaboration:
Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers and collaborators within the industry to amplify brand exposure and reach.
Collaborate with influencers to create compelling and authentic content that aligns with the brand's values.
Analytics and Reporting:
Regularly analyze and report on the performance of Instagram and Facebook campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Generate comprehensive reports showcasing key metrics, trends, and the impact of marketing efforts on business objectives.
Social Media Trends and Innovation:
Stay informed about emerging social media trends, features, and technologies on Instagram and Facebook, and recommend innovative strategies to leverage them.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Proven track record of successful Instagram and Facebook marketing campaigns, with tangible results.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Strong understanding of audience segmentation, targeting, and content optimization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
Certifications in social media marketing or relevant fields are advantageous.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
