Reporting to the Purchase Manager, the Purchase Officer will collaborate with various departments to meet the company's procurement needs and support the overall operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Procurement Management**:

- Execute procurement strategies as directed by the Purchase Manager.
- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish relationships to secure the best terms.
- Place orders for goods and services, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- **Supplier Coordination**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliable supply chains.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.
- Conduct regular evaluations and audits of supplier capabilities and performance.
- **Inventory Control**:

- Work closely with the inventory management team to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
- **Cost Management**:

- Analyze market trends and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses to adhere to budgetary constraints.
- Implement strategies to reduce procurement costs without compromising quality.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure that all purchased materials meet the company's quality standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to address any issues related to product quality.
- Maintain documentation and records of quality inspections and approvals.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements.
- Generate regular reports on procurement activities, including cost analysis, supplier performance, and inventory status.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
- **Coordination and Communication**:

- Work closely with the Purchase Manager to align procurement activities with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of goods.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to address procurement-related inquiries and issues.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes and efficiency.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in procurement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
