**Role**

A Buggy Cinematographer at Quidich is deployed on some of the most exciting sports projects across the world. The Cinematographer is at the forefront of where the action takes place on ground. The role primarily involves designing and driving the visual impact of the BuggyQam on any project. This includes making the right creative choices and decisions around use of lenses, filters and camera movements to deliver spectacular shots. The Buggy Cinematographer, along with the Pilot are responsible for successful delivery of projects, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Moreover, being the boots on ground, Quidich depends on all its operators to suggest and/or develop hardware, software and operational improvements to enhance efficiency in all operations. Finally, as the Cinematographer develops their skills, they will get the opportunity to groom younger/ newer talent on the team.

**Responsibilities**
- Operating different gimbals and camera systems on projects in a way that adheres to the company’s policies on safety and privacy.
- Liasoning with the DOP and Director to devise shots and framing, ensuring that our services are optimally utilised to provide the best output.
- Developing competence in balancing gimbals.
- Managing equipment, including scheduling and undertaking routine maintenance of equipment assigned to you, to ensure it remains fully functional and in prime operating conditions at all times.
- Ensuring that there is no material loss to the company resulting from missing/misplaced hardware when out on projects.
- Carrying out minor repairs on site to ensure successful delivery on each and every project.
- Researching and keeping up-to-date with peripheral broadcast technology.
- Contributing to improving the Standard Operating Procedure for operations and maintenance of the gimbals and camera systems in different use-cases.
- Following all processes related to the operations team or otherwise, on a timely basis and suggesting improvements where required.
- Upholding the values and culture of the company while on projects and otherwise.

**Required Skills and Competencies**
- Sound understanding of framing, composition, aspect ratio, digital effects, image contrast and frame rates
- Sufficient knowledge for on - field troubleshooting
- Creativity to design shots
- Ability to learn new skills quickly
- Ability to manage high pressure situations
- Prior experience of handling cameras and gimbals
- Past experience of working in the film or broadcast industry
- Ability to work in a team
- Proactiveness and the ability to think on your feet

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
