- This is a generalist mid-market private equity fund who is looking to add a further Investment Associate to join their growing team.

**Mid Market Investment Associate Key responsibilities Include**:

- Building, managing, and maintaining bespoke financial models.
- Taking an active role in due diligence processes for acquisitions and financing.
- Preparation of memorandums and presentations for acquisitions.
- Assisting senior team members with research projects, continuing systems development, investor relations, fundraising initiatives
- 1-3 years M&A experience
- Excellent financial modelling skills
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Experience working with senior team members and advisors
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
