**Event Supervisor**

Role
- Event Supervisor (Female/ Male)

Qualification -1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration.
Experience
- 2-4 year

Salary
- 15k-20k

**Responsibility**

1. Deal with all enquiries from potential/actual clients relating to events

2. Meet and discuss client’s requirements for the arrangement of events and advise/assist clients in all aspects of events arrangement, including, as applicable, promotion

3. Deliver creative input to clients and liaise, as applicable, with outside contractors as well as with internal suppliers ,venders.

4. Prepare quotations/ Event Orders to clients - to then be submitted to team for checking etc. and regularly follow up enquires/quotes etc

5. Ensure that all details relating to events are properly documented and to manage planning and pricing prices/budgets and maintain applicable quality standards and records.

6. For ensuring sufficient team members at all times and within agreed budgets and meet your targets and those of the team as a whole

7. Smooth running of the of the team and contribute to training and development

8. Manage customers’ expectations and deal and resolve with all concerns/queries and **Day to day responsibilities for the team**.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability
