Monitor EDI transactions to ensure successful data transmissions
- Develop, configure, maintain SI/B2B business processes
- Configure SI/B2B services, adapters & communications
- Setup and maintenance of trading partner profiles (envelopes) in SI/B2B & SAP
- Participate in projects, business improvement initiatives and client implementations
- Ability to work various hours with geographically spread team
- Create EDI maps and provide technical designs/documentation while working directly with IT business analysts, internal and external customers
- Create User training documents and conduct User Training Sessions
- Error free development & configuration according to LF coding standards
- Accurate Effort estimates
- Unit and integration testing documentation
- Adherence to project timelines
- Change management documents/approvals
- Hours Update accurately for enhancements and tasks
- LANDesk updates and closure of tickets on time
- Weekly Status updates
- Documentation and knowledge transfer
- Adherence to SLA as set by LF supervisor
- Priorities and duties assigned by LF supervisor.
