**Job Title: Finance Trainee**

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis to support decision-making processes. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and budgets. Analyze financial statements and trends to identify areas of improvement.

Data Management: Compile and organize financial data for accurate reporting. Maintain and update financial databases, ensuring data integrity.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with senior team members in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor budget performance and provide insights on variances.

Financial Modelling: Build and update financial models to aid in strategic planning. Evaluate the financial impact of potential business decisions.

Compliance and Risk Management: Stay informed about relevant financial regulations and ensure compliance.

Assist in identifying and mitigating financial risks.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather financial information. Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

**Qualifications**:
Recent MBA graduate with a specialization in Finance.

Strong understanding of financial principles and concepts.

Proficient in financial modelling and analysis.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
