Physics Faculty

The role will be to teach students aspiring for (IIT/NEET) Physics online in front of a camera in the most engaging, elaborate, interesting and innovative way possible in languages English / Hinglish with the primary objective to facilitate student's learning and understanding
- Research about the most effective content matter and delivery techniques for students
- Be an academic mentor to a group of students, understand their challenges and bring innovative solutions and techniques
- Reviewing of the content created by other content developers or SMEs and to guide them in order to prepare the content of highest quality
- Work on solving doubts & writing solutions for students' live questions
- Expert level proficiency for JEE main and NEET examination
- Has passion towards education and effective content communication through visuals.
- Shows adaptability and ability to multitask, while meeting deadlines and training other team members in different processes.
- Makes learning easy for students from different backgrounds and of different cognitive abilities and yourself should be open to learning new concepts and tools.
- Identifies loopholes in the existing processes and brainstorm and design creative ways to improvise them, and conceptualizes and lay down the outline for the new processes and optimize resource allocation.
- Is comfortable using technology tools for both video and textual content creation and delivery.
- Produce answers that are 100% accurate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
