**Student Relationship Manager**

**QUALIFICATION**: Any Graduate
**LOCATION**: Noida
**CTC**: 25K - 33K depending on the experience.
**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**: 1 to 4 years’ experience in relevant / related field
Experience in Banks (customer care) / ITES / Insurance firm will be added advantage
Week off will be given on any of the weekday depending on the business requirements)
**WORK TIMINGS**: Shift 1: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, General Shift (shift 2): 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Shift 3: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. Timings vary as per your shift.
**NOTICE PERIOD**: Immediate to 15 days (30 days maximum)

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:
Positive attitude and ability to interact with leaners
Strong command over written and verbal communication skills
Team player and initiator
Flexibility and willingness to learn
Ability to resolve queries
Computer literacy, strong and well versed with Office tools including Spreadsheets/ Word/ PPT
Knowledge or experience in other technology tools is an added advantage.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Responsible for providing a conducive learning environment for the mapped set of learners.
Resolve academic and administrative queries of learners in a timely manner
Interact and engage with the learners to keep them on track in their learning progress
Monitor weekly progress of learners using various reports on the learning management system
Motivate learners to participate actively in classes and other activities.
Target zero drop-out rate of learners.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
