**Responsibilities**

**Curriculum Development**:Design and implement an effective and engaging physics curriculum that aligns with the school's educational goals and standards.
Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments to meet the diverse needs of students.

**Classroom Instruction**:Deliver dynamic and interactive physics lessons that stimulate student interest and participation.
Employ a variety of teaching methods and technology to enhance the learning experience.
Foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills among students.

**Student Assessment**:Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Administer and grade quizzes, tests, and assignments.
Utilize assessment data to adjust instructional strategies and support individual student needs.

**Classroom Management**:Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Implement effective classroom management techniques to ensure a productive and respectful learning atmosphere.

**Communication**:Communicate regularly with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
Attend parent-teacher conferences and other school events as required.

**Professional Development**:Stay informed about the latest developments in physics education and incorporate innovative teaching methods into the curriculum.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

**Collaboration**:Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to promote a cohesive and supportive educational community.
Participate in department meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the physics program.

**IIT Maths Teacher**

**Responsibilities**:
**Curriculum Development**:Design and implement a challenging and comprehensive IIT JEE (Indian Institutes of Technology Joint Entrance Examination) mathematics curriculum.
Develop lesson plans, practice materials, and assessments that align with the IIT JEE syllabus.

**Classroom Instruction**:Deliver engaging and high-impact mathematics lessons that cover advanced topics and problem-solving techniques.

**Exam Preparation**:Prepare students for competitive exams, with a focus on IIT JEE and other relevant examinations.
Conduct regular mock tests, analyze results, and provide targeted feedback to help students improve their performance.

**Individualized Support**:Provide additional support and guidance to students who may require extra assistance in mastering complex mathematical concepts.
Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment to encourage peer-to-peer support.

**Assessment and Feedback**:Administer and grade assessments to evaluate student progress and identify areas for improvement.
Offer constructive feedback to students and parents on academic performance and exam readiness.

**Professional Development**:Stay abreast of changes in the IIT JEE syllabus, examination patterns, and other relevant updates.
Engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching methodologies and stay current with best practices in mathematics education.

**Collaboration**:Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to develop interdisciplinary approaches and foster a cohesive educational community.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
