Customer Support Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our B2B digital products and services to effectively communicate their value propositions to clients and assist them in making informed decisions.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities.Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and other documentation as needed.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and maximize customer retention.Regularly follow up to gather feedback and assess their satisfaction levels.
- Onboarding and Training: Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition onto our platforms.Provide training sessions to clients, helping them utilize the products efficiently.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries promptly and professionally.Troubleshoot technical problems and coordinate with the technical team for resolutions when necessary.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system.Generate periodic reports on customer support metrics to analyze performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and changing customer needs to contribute insights for product enhancements and improved customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or Graduation(preferred)
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in B2B digital product sales in the Indian market.
- Customer-Centric Approach: A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Himdi.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with using and explaining digital products and technologies.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. A proactive and resourceful approach to resolving issues.
- Team Player: Capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical departments.
Experience: 2 years(preferred)
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
