**Surveying and Measurement**:Conduct detailed land surveys using advanced surveying equipment to establish accurate topographic features and property boundaries.
Utilize Total Stations, GPS, and other modern surveying tools to gather data required for project planning and execution.
Ensure precision in measurements to enable accurate quantity calculations for earthwork and other related activities.

**Earthwork Planning and Execution **:Collaborate with project managers, architects, and construction teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
Analyze site conditions and provide input on earthwork feasibility, suggesting modifications as needed.
Develop comprehensive earthwork plans, including cut and fill calculations, to optimize land usage and project efficiency.
Monitor and oversee earthwork activities on-site to ensure alignment with approved plans and specifications.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**:Process survey data using appropriate software to generate accurate digital terrain models and contour maps.
Interpret survey data to identify potential challenges or discrepancies and provide timely solutions.
Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing survey findings, earthwork quantities, and other relevant information for project stakeholders.

**Quality Control and Compliance**:Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and reliability of survey data.
Verify that earthwork activities are executed according to established standards and regulations.
Collaborate with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with local zoning, environmental, and safety requirements.

**Team Collaboration**:Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate surveying data into project plans and designs.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff members and field surveyors.
Foster effective communication to ensure smooth project progress and problem-solving.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in surveying and earthwork calculations, preferably in construction projects.
- Proficiency in using surveying instruments and software (Total Stations, GPS, AutoCAD, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the field.
