**Role Overview**: As a Clinical Psychologist at Peace Temple, you will play a pivotal role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating mental health disorders. Your expertise will contribute to improving the overall quality of life for our clients. Here are the key responsibilities:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Assessment and Diagnosis**:

- Conduct thorough psychological assessments to understand clients’ mental health conditions.
- Diagnose disorders based on clinical findings and standardized assessment tools.
- **Individual and Group Therapy**:

- Provide evidence-based therapy to clients across different age groups.
- Offer counseling and psychotherapy to address various mental health concerns.
- **Treatment Planning and Implementation**:

- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to help clients cope with or overcome mental health conditions.
- **Collaboration and Consultation**:

- Work closely with other healthcare professionals (psychiatrists, social workers, etc.) to ensure comprehensive care.
- Consult with multidisciplinary teams to create holistic treatment regimens.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:

- Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards in practice.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology.
- Valid state license to practice as a Clinical Psychologist.
- Strong clinical skills, empathy, and effective communication.
