**Job Summary**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. **Quality Control and Assurance**:Oversee and ensure that the manufacturing process adheres to quality standards.

○ Inspect raw materials, production processes, and finished products (ropes, tiles) for compliance with quality standards.

2. **Product Testing and Inspection**: Perform testing on ropes, and other products for durability, strength, and safety.

3. **Team Management**:Supervise the quality control team and ensure they follow procedures.

4. **Root Cause Analysis**:Identify the root causes of defects or quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

5. **Documentation and Reporting**:Maintain accurate and detailed quality control records and documentation.

6. **Compliance and Standards**:Ensure all products comply with the company’s internal standards and external regulatory requirements.

7. **Continuous Improvement**:Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

8. **Customer Feedback Management**:Handle customer complaints related to product quality and initiate corrective actions as required.

**Qualifications Needed**:

- **Education**:
○ A bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Production), Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

○ A diploma or certification in Quality Management
- **Certifications (Optional but preferred)**:Quality Management Systems certification

**Work Experience Required**:

- **Experience Level**:1-2 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance roles in manufacturing.

**Salary Range**: ₹15,000 - ₹20000/month
