- Creation of compelling creative visual solutions including presentations, logos, brochures, infographics, iconography, posters, web banners, marketing and event materials, etc. for proposals, workshops and campaigns
- Sharp eye for layout design and an awareness of the latest design trends
- Able to support the team and senior stakeholders in translating business language and complex ideas into beautiful visualizations and compelling visual stories, balancing creativity, design thinking and innovation
- Skilled at solving design challenges under a consultative approach, ensuring adequate communication with stakeholders
- Flexible, resilient, highly committed and have a confident manner with the proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging and highly innovative design environment
- You are energized by design challenges that require discovery, thought partnership, innovative thinking and team collaboration
- Share best practices and tactical knowledge across offices, practice areas and teams
- Engage and build relationships with firm members and leaders

**Qualifications**:
We seek energetic and dynamic individuals with demonstrated track record in graphics delivery. Graphic Designer will support multiple ZS practice areas and project teams and will need to be comfortable with a fairly expansive breadth of focus.- Proven expertise in PowerPoint/Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Experience on Adobe Premier, After Effects, Camtasia, free-hand illustrations are a plus
- Diploma or certificate course in MS Office/PowerPoint/Adobe suite are a plus
- You have excellent English language skills (oral and written communications)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and often unstructured environment
- Experience working in a collaborative design environment, work experience in global/multi-national teams is a plus
