Camera Assistant

esponsibilities:

- Assist in the setup and breakdown of camera equipment, including cameras, lenses, tripods, stabilizers, and other accessories.
- Operate cameras during rehearsals and filming, making adjustments as necessary.
- Ensure proper care and handling of expensive camera gear.
- Help maintain focus and framing during shots,
- Assist in managing memory cards, hard drives, and data transfers to ensure a smooth workflow throughout the production.
- Adjust lighting setups, reflectors, and other elements to achieve the desired visual effects.
- Stay in constant communication with the camera team and other departments to coordinate efforts and troubleshoot any issues.
- Keep camera areas clean, tidy, and organized to facilitate efficient production workflows.
- Help maintain shot continuity by documenting camera setups, noting technical details, and capturing reference photos.
- Learning Opportunity: Actively engage in learning opportunities on set, observe the work of experienced professionals, and ask questions to expand your knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/certificate in film, cinematography, media production, or a related field
- Passion for and basic knowledge of cinematography and camera equipment.
- Familiarity with various camera types (e.g., DSLR, cinema cameras) and their accessories is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to take direction and learn from experienced professionals.
- Physical fitness and stamina to handle camera equipment and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Previous experience with camera equipment and production work is beneficial but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
