**Who are our Founders?**

**Shaily Garg**, a graduate of IIT Bombay, is on a mission to transform cross-border materials trade. Forbes named her one of the top 30 under-30 achievers in the world. She has also received a SheMaker award for her contributions to the manufacturing industry as a woman innovator.

**Ashish Chandra **is a graduate of IIT Delhi and a former PwC director with extensive experience in the UK and Middle East markets.

Both founders have extensive manufacturing, logistics, and trade finance experience.

**What will be your duties & responsibilities?**

1. Financial Reporting
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements
- Present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders

2. Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Develop, Monitor, and analyze budgets for forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making

3. Audit and Compliance
- Coordinate and support external audits
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and reporting requirements
- Maintain financial records and documentation

4. MIS Management
- Oversee the organization's Management Information Systems (MIS)
- Ensure the MIS is effectively utilized to support financial reporting and decision-making
- Provide due diligence reports and recommendations to senior management

5. Cash Flow Management
- Monitor cash flow and liquidity
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Implement effective cash management strategies

6. Financial Systems and Tools
- Evaluate and implement financial software and tools to streamline processes
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in financial systems

7. Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor a team
- Provide guidance and training to team members.

**What are the key requirements & skills?**
- CA with ~3-5 years of experience in Controllership
- She/he must be able to adapt to a continually evolving environment and thrive in an autonomous and deadline-oriented workplace while building and managing the finance function
- Manage the team effectively
- Very efficient with PPT, MS Office, and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills
