**Position**: Customer Care Executive **Location**: Gurgaon (Office Address: Capital Cyberscape, Ullahwas, Sector 59, Gurugram, Haryana)
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct customer interactions following established processes
- Deliver accurate and helpful information to customers
- Provide qualitative conversations without the use of offensive language
- Adhere to company policies and code of conduct
- Comply with assigned shift roster
- Attend training and refresher sessions to enhance skills
- Maintain good attendance with no unplanned leaves
**Required Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Hindi and English (mandatory)
- Freshers with outstanding communication skills and a positive attitude are welcome to apply.
**Preferred Industries**:
Ride-hailing (OLA/UBER) - First Choice
E-commerce - Second Preference
Banking and Telecom - Third Preference
**Other Requirements**:
- Shifts: 24/7 roster-wise (Morning / Evening / Night Shifts)
- Travel Allowance: Available for early morning, late evening, or night shifts (use Blu vehicles and claim reimbursement)
- Weekly Off: One day off per week (can be any day)
- Working Hours: 8 hours / 6 days a week
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
