We have a requirement for an Area Training Lead (ATL) at our Kolkata Studio. I have attached the education trainer’s JD for your reference.

The ATL would perform the following additional responsibilities.

Handling education trainer’s team of East region

Assigning targets, review performances of education trainers

Responsible for trainer mandays

Kolkata studio management - handling admin team and activities.

Regular market visit along with Sales

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Train and/or provide demo’s 6 days a week, Mon-Sat
- Maintain and develop relationships with each account - focus on key accounts
- Deliver highly professional training for each and every account
- Assist with BDM enquiries in regard to training and product knowledge
- Complete workshop as per assigned plan
- Attend annual training sessions (TTT)

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hair styling: 1 year (preferred)
- Hair Coloring: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
