Social Media Marketing Intern

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Assist in the creation of engaging and compelling content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- **Social Media Management**: Help manage and maintain our organization's social media profiles and presence, ensuring consistency in branding, tone, and messaging.
- **Community Engagement**: Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
- **Social Media Analytics**: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others to track the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- **Campaign Support**: Provide support in the planning, execution, and optimization of social media marketing campaigns, including scheduling posts, monitoring ad performance, and conducting A/B testing.
- **Research and Trends**: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to inform content strategy and campaign development.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas, contribute to marketing strategies, and coordinate social media efforts with other marketing initiatives.
- **Creativity**: Bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to the table to enhance our social media presence and engagement with our target audience.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their features, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is desirable.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
