Chess Coach

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver chess lessons to individuals or groups of students.
- Teach chess fundamentals, including rules, tactics, and strategies, to beginners and advanced players.
- Create and execute training programs tailored to the needs and skill levels of the students.
- Analyze games, provide constructive feedback, and help students develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Organize and lead chess tournaments, competitions, and events.
- Monitor student progress and adapt coaching methods to meet individual learning styles.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging environment to motivate students.
- Stay updated with the latest chess strategies, tools, and techniques.
- Assist in promoting chess within the community or school, encouraging more participation.

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of chess strategies, tactics, and rules
- Experience teaching chess to children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and skill levels.
- Certification from a recognized chess federation (optional but preferred).
- Ability to organize and manage chess tournaments.
- **Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a competitive chess player or coach.
- Familiarity with chess teaching software or online platforms.
- Ability to teach both in-person and online chess lessons.
- Experience working with school-aged children or youth programs.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 6 - 10 per week
