**Menora Homes** is a leading construction and project management company specializing in prefab homes projects, including architecture and interior design, with a presence in India and overseas. We're looking for talented and motivated individuals to join our team and help us continue to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget for the house construction project.
- Develop architectural plans, drawings, and specifications based on client requirements, building codes, and zoning regulations.
- Use design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit to create detailed models and renderings of proposed house designs.
- Present design proposals to clients and make revisions based on their feedback and input.
- Work closely with structural engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the feasibility and structural integrity of house designs.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is executed according to the approved plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, address any issues or challenges, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Keep abreast of new trends, materials, and technologies in residential construction and incorporate them into design concepts where appropriate.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely completion of house construction projects.
- Provide guidance and support to junior architects, interns, and other team members as needed.

**Salary**: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
