**Job Description**:
As a Campaign Management Specialist with 30% SEO knowledge, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing various marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation. Your role will require a blend of creativity and analytical expertise to develop successful strategies that resonate with our target audience. Additionally, your understanding of SEO will be instrumental in ensuring our campaigns are optimized for search engines and can deliver long-term organic growth.

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and SEO-friendly content that aligns with campaign objectives.
Monitor campaign performance and KPIs regularly, analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Utilize SEO best practices to optimize website content, meta tags, and other elements to improve organic search rankings and drive relevant traffic.
Stay updated with industry trends and changes in search engine algorithms, and implement SEO strategies accordingly.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform content and campaign strategies.
A/B test and experiment with different campaign elements to optimize conversion rates and ROI.
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure campaign integration and consistency across all channels.
Prepare comprehensive reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in campaign management, preferably in a digital marketing setting.
Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
Proficiency in utilizing SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with effective collaboration and interpersonal skills.
