**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable.
- Process invoices, expense reimbursements, and other financial documents accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure they are properly documented.
- Reconcile bank statements, accounts, and ledgers to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Monitor cash flow and manage petty cash transactions effectively.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with other departments to gather financial information and support decision-making processes.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and best practices, ensuring compliance and efficiency in financial operations.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to streamline financial processes.
- Support ad hoc financial projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

**Desired Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate financial information clearly.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
