**Student Counselor/Tele-Sales Executive**:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Student Counselor/Tele-Sales Executive. As the first point of contact for prospective students and parents, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service and driving enrollments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle walk-in inquiries at the Centre, providing detailed information on our courses and programs.
- Document telephonic inquiries in an inquiry register and follow up diligently.
- Counsel walk-in prospects to convert inquiries into budgeted enrollments.
- Provide comprehensive information on various courses, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Convert walk-in inquiries into registrations, meeting set targets.
- Coordinate with customers to communicate batch launch dates effectively.
- Engage in regular interaction with students and parents to address queries and concerns.
- Monitor class schedules to maintain smooth operations and resolve any scheduling conflicts.
- Focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and achieving productive outcomes.

**Skills Set**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and self-sufficient.
- Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel spreadsheet.
- High energy levels with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work towards targets and goals.
- Pleasant personality with a knack for building rapport.

**Qualifications**:

- Any Graduate with 0-2 years of experience in Counseling/Telesales.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
