Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring proper distribution to the intended recipients.

Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a positive image of the company.

Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.

Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.

Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient operations.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Assist with event planning and coordination as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
