Job Description:

- Responsible for medical management and patient care.
- Daily Clinical rounds along with senior consultants of the patients admitted in the Department.
- Patients health status counseling to relatives.
- Verify the treatment plans of all patients and advice evidence based correction, as and when required post discussion with admitting physician consultant.
- Perform and document history & physical examination.
- Develop and documents initial plan of care.
- Document daily progress notes.
- Obtain and document informed consent.
- Order appropriate investigations and interpret results.
- Order and administer appropriate medication and other investigations as required.
- Prepare an appropriate discharge summary.
- Actively participate in training of nursing staff in the department.
- Immediate response to code (e.g.: Code blue) announcements in the hospital.
- **Qualification** : MBBS+MS OBG/DNB OBG
- **Experience**: Fresher to 5 years experience.

**Salary**: ₹80,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
