A Boiler Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of boilers and associated equipment in various industrial and commercial settings. The Boiler Operator's primary role is to ensure the smooth functioning of boilers, including monitoring, adjusting, and maintaining boiler systems to meet production and safety requirements.

**Responsibilities**:
Boiler Operation: Operate, monitor, and control boiler systems to maintain optimal performance and efficiency. Start up, shut down, and regulate boiler operations according to established procedures and safety guidelines.

Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on boilers, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed. Carry out preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Monitor boiler operations to identify potential hazards or malfunctions, and take appropriate corrective actions. Conduct regular safety checks, such as inspecting valves, fittings, and gauges, to ensure proper functioning.

Efficiency Monitoring: Monitor boiler performance parameters, such as temperature, pressure, fuel consumption, and water levels, to ensure optimal efficiency. Adjust controls and make necessary operational changes to maximize energy efficiency and minimize waste.

Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs, records, and reports of boiler operations, maintenance activities, and any incidents or repairs performed. Record data on fuel consumption, steam production, and water levels to track efficiency and troubleshoot issues.

Emergency Response: Respond promptly and effectively to boiler-related emergencies, such as leaks, malfunctions, or equipment failures. Follow emergency procedures and coordinate with appropriate personnel to minimize risks and ensure swift resolution of issues.

Communication: Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and maintenance personnel to communicate operational status, maintenance needs, and any issues affecting boiler performance. Provide clear and concise instructions to team members as necessary.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancement. Suggest and implement improvements in boiler operations, maintenance procedures, or safety protocols to increase productivity and reduce costs.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Boiler Operator license/certification (if required by local regulations).
- Proven experience as a Boiler Operator or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of boiler systems, equipment, and associated controls.
- Familiarity with boiler safety regulations and procedures.
- Proficiency in monitoring and troubleshooting boiler operations.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
